6-Ingredient Mac n Cheese!

Here is what you’ll need:


5 cups whole milk
1 lb. (1 box) elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
6-8 slices of bacon (optional)


1. Pour 5 cups of whole milk into a large pot and bring to a boil. Stir frequently to prevent milk from burning to the bottom of the pot.
2. Once the milk is boiling, add your salt and pepper. Add your uncooked pasta and mix together.
3. Cook pasta 10 minutes again stir frequently to prevent burning.
4. After 10 minutes the milk should look a bit thicker and somewhat incorporated to the pasta. Turn the heat off and add your butter and cheddar cheese.
5. Mix until smooth.
6. If you add bacon, add the cooked, chopped bacon after the butter and cheese have been mixed.
7. Serve and enjoy!
